About All West Fiber SMS Messages
All West Fiber (All West Communications) may send SMS text messages to customers and to All West employees/contractors who have opted in. These messages are used for service, account, and operational communications, such as:
Customer messages may include
- Installation and appointment updates
- Trouble ticket and service status updates
- Outage and restoration notifications
- Account-related alerts and service notices (non-marketing)
Employee/contractor messages may include
- Internal operational alerts and integration notifications
- On-call and incident updates
- System and workflow status alerts related to All West operations
Opting out (STOP)
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message from us.
After you text STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent from that number unless you re-subscribe.
Re-subscribing (START)
If you want to start receiving messages again:
- Reply START to re-subscribe.

Employees/contractors receiving internal operational alerts who need assistance should also contact Customer Service at 866.255.9378 or help@allwest.com, or follow internal support procedures.

All West Fiber does not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is used solely for the intended service, account, or operational communications described above.
We only send text messages to individuals who have provided express consent through approved channels.
Consent / Opt-in
Customers opt in through All West Fiber web, phone, or in-person interactions where SMS consent is requested (for example, during order placement or service requests).
Employees/contractors opt in through internal onboarding, operational processes, or internal request workflows where SMS consent is requested for receiving operational alerts.
