Carollo to be formally inducted at the 59th Annual Cable TV Pioneers Banquet in Washington, D.C.
Kamas, UT | July 8, 2025 – All West Communications proudly congratulates Marty Carollo, a Government Relations and Strategic Partnership Representative, on his induction into the 2025 Cable TV Pioneers class. Carollo joins a distinguished group of industry leaders who’ve demonstrated exceptional contributions to the cable television and broadband industries, and their communities.
With over two and a half decades of leadership, Marty Carollo has played a pivotal role in advancing rural broadband connectivity across Wyoming. Since joining All West in 2017, he has helped secure major broadband grants and continues to champion rural broadband access and community development. He remains actively engaged with management and staff to identify challenges, implement solutions and represent All West at local, regional and national events.
Beyond All West, Carollo is an advocate for the telecommunication industry. He served 14 years on the board of the Wyoming Cable Association 6 on the executive team. He has been a member of ACA Connects for over 15 years and was recently appointed to its Board of Directors. In 2022, he received the Lynn Sympson Grassroots Spirit Award for his long-standing advocacy in Washington, D.C., on behalf of independent telecom operators. He currently serves on the executive board of the Wyoming Telecommunications Association, several economic development coalitions and serves on the board of the Sweetwater County Joint Powers Communication Board, which operates the broadband network for Rock Springs, Green River and Sweetwater County. Carollo’s strong relationships with policymakers, community leaders and community organizations help drive policies that benefit providers and the customers they serve.
Marty Carollo will be formally inducted during the 59th Annual Cable TV Pioneers Banquet on September 28, 2025, in Washington, D.C. as a 3rd generation Cable Pioneer. We’re proud to have him on the All West team and celebrate his well-deserved recognition.
