I called All West with an issue and got resolution within an hour, as well as a follow-up call a few days later. You don’t get that with other companies.

The greatest thing about All West is they bring a personal aspect to the table. With our previous provider, we called a big corporation and often got passed around to multiple departments… with All West I can call and speak to the person I need almost immediately.

We are moving, and will miss our wonderful phone/internet/TV service. I want to express my customer satisfaction for everyone at AllWest. From the gals in the office in Kamas, to every customer service person on the phone and especially all the technicians who have come to our home quickly whenever we needed anything. Fantastic company! I called with a connection issue and they showed up within an hour to troubleshoot. The technicians were very polite and explained everything they were doing as they went. It's hard to find good customer service, but All West is doing a fantastic job! Thanks!
