All West e-billing customers should have received a letter explaining the transition to our new billing system as well as instructions to register your email address and account information in order to continue using our e-billing service. Unfortunately, the information in the letter included a customer ID instead of account number. The customer account number is necessary to register for our e-billing service. Please contact us at 866.ALL.WEST (255.9378) to request your new account number by April 25, 2013. If you do not register your account before this date, you will receive a paper copy of your bill which will include your new account number, at which time you can register for our e-billing service.
